VCFA enhances local community and voluntary action by enabling Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise sector organisations (VCF) in Bury to provide support and deliver services. We will do this through effective strategic engagement with our statutory partners and by forging alliances with local businesses and communities
Bury VCFA supports the development of Charities, Voluntary, Community & Faith organisations in Bury. We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to support staff with Admin; Update database; maintain office records; and act as a first point of contact for our clients and members
Key duties include – Provide admin support to the staff team; handle routine correspondence, handle post and emails; Update VCFA’s clients and ensure it is up to date, provide reports and information to the team as required
Experience of charity/nonprofit work is an advantage but not a requirement
