Grants of up to £5,000 are available for Bury VCSE groups to enhance residents’ quality of life by addressing key social challenges. Part of the Live Well movement and aligned with Bury’s Let’s Do It and Anti-Poverty strategies, this funding supports initiatives tackling food poverty, financial hardship, employment, childhood poverty, and digital inclusion.
Funding Priorities:
- Food Poverty – Strengthening sustainable food provision and community resilience.
- Finance & Debt – Helping individuals manage finances and maximise income.
- Work & Wages – Supporting employment, education, and skills development.
- Childhood Poverty – Providing support for young children and families facing financial hardship.
- Digital Inclusion – Ensuring access to digital resources to reduce isolation and financial strain.
